15 Days Easy Return & Exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered day.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Please contact us within 15 days starting from the day you receive your order.

2. Return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.

3. Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.

4.We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable

ORDER CANCELLATION
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact us once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
